Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games and related services published by Garbett Holdings LLC ("we", "us", "our"), including but not limited to Glyphsmash, Glyphstack, and Food Truck Empire (each, an "App"). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use our Apps on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any App or its assets.

2. In-App Purchases

Apps may offer optional in-app purchases. All purchases are final and processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests must be directed to the relevant store. Virtual currencies, items, or cosmetics have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real currency, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use cheats, exploits, automation, or modified clients to gain unfair advantage.
• Attempt to disrupt the Apps or interfere with other users' experience.
• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose.

4. Disclaimers

THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL GARBETT HOLDINGS LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APPS. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Apps will not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or USD $10.00, whichever is greater.

6. Changes to the Apps and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any App, or any feature of any App, at any time without notice. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of an App after a change constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms or the Apps will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wisconsin.
