Privacy Policy

Garbett Holdings LLC ("we", "us", or "our") publishes mobile games on iOS and Android, including Glyphsmash, Glyphstack, and Food Truck Empire (each, an "App"). This Privacy Policy applies to all of our published Apps and explains what information we collect, how it's used, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Our Apps do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. We do not ask for your name, email, contacts, location, photos, or any account credentials. There is no sign-up or login.

All game progress (stages, currencies, upgrades, prestiges, cards, settings) is stored only on your device using the operating system's local storage. It is never uploaded to a server controlled by us.

2. Analytics

Our Apps do not currently include third-party analytics SDKs. If we add analytics in a future version of any App, this policy will be updated and the change will be noted in the App's release notes.

3. Advertising

Some of our Apps may display advertising. If and when ads are enabled in a given App:

• Rewarded video ads are opt-in only — you must tap a "Watch Ad" button to view one. We do not show interstitial or pop-up ads that interrupt gameplay.
• Banner ads, if any, are clearly placed in a fixed area of the screen.
• Ads are served by Google AdMob, which may collect a limited set of device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier) to serve relevant ads. Their data practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy .
• On iOS, you will be prompted via the App Tracking Transparency dialog before any tracking identifier is shared with advertising networks. You may decline tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

4. In-App Purchases

Our Apps may offer optional in-app purchases (such as "Remove Ads" or cosmetic / currency packs). All purchases are processed by Apple's App Store or Google Play. We never see, receive, or store your payment information.

5. Children's Privacy

Our Apps are rated for all ages (Apple 4+ / Google PEGI 3 or equivalent) and are suitable for children. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children or from any other user. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through one of our Apps, please email us and we will investigate.

6. Your rights

Because we do not collect personal information, there is no personal data for us to access, correct, export, or delete. You can remove all game data at any time by uninstalling the App from your device.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top of the page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of any App after a policy change constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
